By the time she graduated, Elisabeth Pearson ’03 had already “been infected with the political bug,” according to a Roll Call profile. After working on a number of electoral campaigns, Pearson now serves as executive director of the Democratic Governors Association, where’s she described as a “leading strategist in the party’s redistricting efforts.”

Democrat Senator Mark Warner of Virginia describes her position as “one of the most important jobs in Democratic politics right now.” More in Roll Call.
