It was rise and shine — and sprint and plank — this morning on Whittier Field and beyond, as Bowdoin’s summer health and wellness program “Fit for More Than a Bit” welcomed CBS 13 meteorologist Adam Epstein as a guest coach.
In between live weather updates and interviews for Good Day Maine on WGME/CBS 13 and Fox 23, Epstein led more than sixty-five participants through a number of exercises alongside assistant football coach Kevin Loney, Nordic skiing head coach Nathan Alsobrook, and personal fitness coach Jameson Skillings.
This is the fourth year Bowdoin has held a health and wellness program for employees and their families.
