Jumbo lobsterLuke’s Lobster, which bills itself as a “Maine-bred seafood shack serving simple dishes” in New York City, and co-founded by Bryan Holden ’09, has hit the streets with Luke’s Tail Cart, attracting not only lovers of grilled lobster tails on sticks, but the attention of The New York Times and its “Front Burner” feature.

Since 2012, Holden and company have catered the Bowdoin Club of New York’s annual Lobster Picnic in Central Park.
