Bowdoin Scientist Cited in NY Times ‘Deflategate’ Update (New York Times)

Yes, we know…everyone is tired of Tom Brady and deflated footballs. Everyone except The New York Times, that is. With the Patriots taking the field on Sunday against the Denver Broncos for the right to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl, the Times takes a closer look at the science behind “Deflategate” and the NFL’s behavior — an article that lists a Bowdoin scientist among those critical of the league’s investigation.

Oh, and that scientist is Professor of Physics Dale Syphers, who found a “glaring omission” in the “Deflategate” report. (Full disclosure: Dale won’t be rooting for the Broncos.)
