A Year in Miniature Paper Buildings (Makezine)

Small Cat

One year ago, architect Charles Young set himself a challenge: Every day, for the next 365 days, he would build one miniature paper building out of watercolor paper and glue. The collection of his paper models, titled Paperholm, features intricate structures of houses, trees, spaceship launchpads,  windmills that spin, and carousels that turn, to mention only a few.

Young launched his project as a way to keep himself “making something every day.” To see a selection of Paperholm models, read the article here.
