Bowdoin Announces New Boathouse at Coastal Studies Center



The College has announced the construction of a new boathouse for the sailing team at the Coastal Studies Center. Already underway, the project should be completed in time for the spring sailing season.

“We are excited to be moving forward with a wonderful new facility for our Sailing program,” says Director of Athletics Tim Ryan. “Our facility will provide significantly improved locker room, meeting and storage space for our team, while also serving as a classroom for students conducting research at our Coastal Studies Center. We look forward to partnering with students and colleagues from across our community as we transition to the Coastal Studies Center this spring.” Read more about it.
