Video: The Green Hornet Society Strikes Bowdoin (Again)

There’s a long history of student pranks at Bowdoin. There was the destruction of the College outhouse, known as “The Temple, in 1875, and the activities of the Green Hornet Construction Company, beginning in the 1960s. Today, Bowdoin’s latest student pranking group, The Green Hornet Society, uses hidden cameras to get Ivies Weekend off to a hilarious start.

That was absolutely delightful. Thank you so much!

  2. Christopher Hanks '68 says:

Excellent work, GHCCo! And remember, DON’T CUT THE RED WIRE.

  3. James A Pierce says:

Bowdoin’s “latest” pranking group? I seem to remember the Green Hornet Construction Company being active under the aegis of my fraternity, Alpha Rho Upsilon, back in the 60’s. And somehow the idea of a well choreographed group of people running around in decorated pyjamas doesn’t seem much of a prank.
