The second annual Back Cove Contemporary Music Festival at the Portland Conservatory of Music taking place today and tomorrow features several Bowdoin composers and muscians. Peter McLaughlin ’10 will debut a new piece (with Abriel Ferreira ’10 among the performers), and Katie Cushing ’10 will play a new work for piano and recorded sounds by Robert K. Beckwith Professor of Music Emeritus Elliott Schwartz.
