Polar Bear Scoreboard

Women’s Basketball — The Amherst College women’s basketball team received dominant performances from Jaci Daigneault and Caroline Stedman to deal Bowdoin its first-ever NESCAC Championship game loss, 73-37, Sunday at LeFrak Gymnasium.

Men’s Squash — The Bowdoin College men’s squash team collected a trio of thrilling one-point wins to claim the 2011 Summers Cup at the College Squash National Championship over the weekend at Harvard University.

Nordic Skiing — Bowdoin’s Nordic ski team closed out its season with an eighth-place finish at the Eastern Intercollegiate Skiing Association Championship hosted at Black Mountain this weekend.

Men’s Swimming and Diving — Williams College held off a final day charge by Amherst to claim its ninth consecutive New England Small College Athletic Conference Men’s Swimming and Diving Championship Sunday at Greason Pool.
