Photographer David Palermo offers this interactive 360-degree view inside the cockpit of the famed Enola Gay, the Boeing B-29 Superfortress bomber. During the final stages of World War II, the aircraft, named after the mother of pilot Paul Tibbets, became the first to drop an atomic bomb as a weapon of war. The Enola Gay is on display at the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C.
