Video: Geoff Canada ’74 on Public Education in America (NBC)

Questions and debate about the condition of public education in America seem to be everywhere these days, spurred on by the new documentary film, Waiting for “Superman and the NBC News series “Education Nation.” A major participant in both is Geoffrey Canada of the Bowdoin Class of 1974. He recently joined Waiting for “Superman” director Davis Guggenheim, American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten, and D.C.
