Bowdoin College has introduced a fast, user-friendly and free tool to help families of prospective students gauge costs while factoring in financial aid.
MyinTuition lets users anonymously answer six quick financial questions, such as annual income and home ownership status. The tool then calculates an estimate of how much Bowdoin will cost.
“Bowdoin College is committed to affordability,” said Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid Whitney Soule. “In addition to eliminating the application fee for students who are first-generation to college or who are applying for aid, and our comprehensive financial aid packaging policies, we have added this calculator as an effective way to demonstrate our ability to support families with financial need.” Read more in Bowdoin News.
